Exercise: The Plan Gets Modified

 

All plans work well until you get smacked in the face
I'm reassessing the situation (to borrow a line)

Last week I became fixated with breaking the 600C. barrier. And I did! But it took me nearly 1 1/2 hours. That's 1/2 hour longer than when I told M'Lady I'd stop. So, I reassessed the situation.

My solution was to up the tension and lower the time. I'm not using so many calories, but I am creating new muscle. In time, say three weeks? my calorie count should be back up to near 600 and I could be significantly fitter. 

Then again, as life has shown me, plans only work till they don't. But until I'm once again reassessing the situation, I'm going to have me some fun.
