Hi friends and family, 

The Golden Years are at best polished brass. Life doesn't get easier. Life does get harder.

September 30, 2024 Hi friends and family, The Golden Years are at best polished brass. Life doesn't get easier. Life does get harder. I don't care how rich you are. I care less about your privileged position in society. You will make Old People noises when you get out of bed or sink into your comfortable chair. Your legs will get weaker. Your mind will slow. In simple words and a short sentence: If you live long enough you will age and your body and mind will turn traitor. Neither western meds not eastern meditations will change this basic reality. The Golden Years, if they exist at all, are probably your teenage years. The years when you have minimal responsibilities and maximum bullet proofing. Brian
The Brass Ring Not The Golden Years

I don't care how rich you are. I care less about your privileged position in society. You will make Old People noises when you get out of bed or sink into your comfortable chair. Your legs will get weaker. Your mind will slow. In simple words and a short sentence:
