Glorious Red Hibiscus Mutation

A new volunteer in our garden

Until now this Hibiscus bush has produced double blossomed salmon colored flowers. Today this single deep red blossom appeared. I have no idea if this is a one off mutation. With any luck I may be finding more of these beauties and maybe even find a way to grow a new bush.
