Practicing the Craft: Princes Flower Bud Take Two

A few days ago I posted the following shot. I was pleased with it. My mentors at Cambridge in Colour weren't. They made some suggestions and being reasonably smart, though not an incredibly well-balanced genius, I took their suggestions to heart. Shot number two is the result. I do believe my mentors were right! (click for full size)
