Switching Platforms Means Reposting Three Months Of Shooting

There are many good or even exceptionally good shots on the other blog which I will be transferring here. For those who have already seen them... my apologies. For those who haven't seen them ... I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoyed shooting them. Here's an example:

Tree Spider

Tree Spider: Momma And Babies Day Three: Sony Alpha a68 ~ Tamron 90mm 272E Macro Lens ~ISO 100 ~ Shutter Speed 1.6s ~ F/16 ~ Natural Light ~ Exposure Compensation 0.0 This image was taken at about 08:00 which created the nice shadows. She made her nest on Giant Butong bamboo behind our house. The real world size of this image is about two inches long.
A macro lens is a powerful tool to help the eyes and spirit see the Universe

My photographic passion is to capture images of live wee beasties in natural light with a slow shutter speed. This image of a Tree Spider with her young may well be the best image I have yet to produce.
