 In the last year I have I have put on 1/3 of my body weight. In round numbers I have gone from 150 lbs. to 200. 

There are three reasons for this atrocious weight gain:

1. 
   I haven't shut my mouth
2. My degenerative arthritis and M.S.
   seriously limits my ability to work up a sweat.
3. The meds I'm on pack the weight on.

Today, actually this morning I have started a life style change.
