A Robber Baron By Any Other Name Is Still A Villain

Robber (Fly) Baron

 an American capitalist of the latter part of the 19th century who became wealthy through exploitation (as of natural resources, governmental influence, or low wage scales) 2 : a business owner or executive who acquires wealth through ethically questionable tactics.

The title Robber Baron is now out of fashion. Oligarch, Web Billionaire or the Super Rich may be titles you're more familiar with.

The title has changed but not the reality. They are villains whose unsatiated greed and amoral ethics ensure poverty and hunger for hundreds of millions of people.

Sadly no form of commerce or government has shown itself immune to the Robber Barons. Even the Jewish people could not resist. They have a system given by G-d. The Year of the Jubilee. Their Robber Barons quickly convinced the people it was a bad idea.

The Jubilee (Hebrew: יובל yōḇel; Yiddish: yoyvl) is the year at the end of seven cycles of shmita (Sabbatical years) and, according to biblical regulations, had a special impact on the ownership and management of land in the Land of Israel.

I know of no way to remove the Robber Barons influence. Though I'm open to any non violent suggestions.
