The Day Started And Ended Bad But It Was Superb In The Middle

M'Lady noticed a beautiful butterfly trying desperately to fly through the patio skylight. She was curious if I could see the color.

It looked green and desperate to me. I hoisted up our broom and he quickly landed on it. Ever so gently I lowered the broom to waist height and M'Lady came out to admire the wee beast. 

After a moment or two he flew over to one of our 'Mother-in-Law Tongue' plants and waited patiently. I didn't need a second invitation. As quickly as an old man could I got my camera and set it up.
