It Is Most Assuredly Not a Black Or White World

 One of the first lessons I learned as a lighthouse keeper was that gray comes in many shades And that only a overcast moonless night is truly black.

In our world it is possible to treat anyone who doesn't think like you do as an enemy or you can think of them as someone who brings diversity and interest into your life.

This is not to say that there are no restrictions on how different someone can be. Fact is that some people should be locked up in a tiny cell and fed through a hole in the door for the first 90 days and then the hole should be sealed up.  

But within reasonable boundaries people of good will can get along in true peace.
