In the Middle East most people are crying out for vengeance. This causes a great sadness in my heart. Why can they not remember that vengeance just prolongs the blood feud. 

What is needed is not vengeance but for people of good will to come together to do justice, offer mercy and walk humbly with each other. 

Until this happens, the great sadness will only grow.
