Wisdom And Compassion Are Earned ~ That's Probably Why Ignorance And Hate Which Come Naturally Are In Vogue

 I do believe that no one will argue when I state that a newborn infant has no Wisdom or Compassion. All they care about is getting enough milk and being cuddled. Wisdom and Compassion evolve, if they evolve at all, much later in a person's life.

Usually, it takes decades of mistakes, corrections, repentance and effort to create the needed environment for the Two Wings of The Eagle to spread out and guide our lives. Which is why in almost every known culture you simply don't find the expression 'a wise and compassionate young person' except in exceptional cases.

The Price

Now the good news: Whatever faith or philosophy you follow you'll probably find a prescribed remedy for Ignorance and Hate hidden somewhere. All you need do is apply the remedy to your Heart, Mind and Spirit.

• work at understanding the Taoist Symbol for Yin and Yang
• start trying to love your enemies.
• begin your True Jihad.
• practice meditation.
• study Wisdom Literature.
• practice not losing your cool.
• learn from respected Elders.
