Let's Try Something Different

 Insanity has been defined as 'doing the same thing over and over and over again expecting that this time it will give different results'.  Which pretty much makes our world insane. But the doctors in the house.

There is sanity within the insanity

 The Problem

Powers come and go but they all have the same agenda: Rape, Pillage and Plunder. For a time, it works. But sooner or later the Raped, Pillaged and Plundered rise up against their master's, usually in a very ugly way. Israel is the latest Power to find out the truth of my belief.

The Solution

It's time for the United Nations to become a Federation of Nations. With an enforceable constitution designed to create Peace between the Nations. Please note I said a federation not a democracy. One nation one vote would not work any better than one woman one vote. It's just way too easy to tilt the power bases by playing politics. Just like they do now in the current U.N.. But a federation comes with the needed enforceable laws to stop that type of silliness.

Conclusion

This change can only come about when a major player on the world scene becomes sane. I'm hoping that player might be China. I admit that my hopes are little more than wishes at this point, but I'll not give up.

Lately China has shown itself smart enough to stay out of shooting wars. Admittedly China has shown itself to be ruthless against the Uyghurs. Which does indicate that the insanity that afflicts the rest of the world has not been eradicated quite yet in China. But they are the Power that is inching towards the sanity that brings about justice, mercy and humility. So, they're the one that I'll put my hopes on.
