 Occupying Someone's Home Is Costly 

Destroying The Human Need For Freedom Is Impossible

 

Read your history: There's no need to go further back than the 20th Century. Time and again the same scenario plays out. The colonizers show up with superior weapons and technology. They roll over the locals and set up a new colony. The locals appear to be tamed. But not all of them are.  Those that aren't lay low, listen, learn and organize. Eventually there is rebellion. To the shock and horror of the colonizers the locals have often found ways to overcome the massive imbalance in military power and technology. They wage asymmetrical warfare. At its heart this type of war is all about bleeding the oppressor until they pack up and leave.   Uncle Ho started his fight for a free Vietnam in 1919. He died in 1969, four years before His People threw out the Americans and Vietnam became a free nation. Asymmetrical warfare at its finest. But the wanneba Empire builders seem incapable of learning the lesson that Uncle Ho and his people taught.  After 6 months of the most brutal war the Middle East has seen, 17 or so years of genocidal siege and about 75 years of serious colonization, the Palestinians have not been pacified. It's a good bet that they never will be.  I would suggest that it's time to learn Uncle Ho's lesson. To paraphrase an ancient Jew: "Let the people go.
