A Clarification: This One Came From My Camera

To paraphrase; it's my art it's my choice!

FYI: I use a Sony Alpha a68 digital camera. It's old, out of date, well used and nigh on indestructible. Plus, I've used it for so long that I instinctively know the right settings for the situation. So, when I saw this spider I grabbed a chair, the tripod and the camera and was able, with the help of the computer in the camera and the AI in Capture 1 to create the image in this blog. An image that I believe is art. Maybe not great or even good art but art nonetheless. For the last three or so months I haven't been using my camera. Instead, I've been using Microsoft Image Creator and my imagination to replace the camera. I still use Capture 1. Sometimes I even fire up Gimp. When the image is complete, I believe it is my art. Others, including M'lady disagree with me. Fair enough. But it's my creativity and it's my choice. I guess you could say that in some circumstances I'm definitely pro-choice. Brian
