Bragging Or Stating The Facts? Both?

The belief we instilled in the students was 'any beginner tai chi is better than no expert tai chi

The belief we instilled in the students was 'any beginner tai chi is better than no expert tai chi We told them the truth About two weeks ago I took that saying seriously and began to experiment with my old tai chi. Experient is the exact description because I no longer have the balance to do standing tai chi and when you transfer the moves to a sitting on the floor reality it is experiment time. The experiment has paid off. My body is surprisingly limber, I am beginning to get a cardiovascular workout and my energy points are waking up. Then there is the added advantage that tai chi does lower blood sugar. (look it up) This morning my blood sugar was 87. Which by itself is meaningless but before I began the tai chi experiment it was well and truly above 100 but less than 130 on any given day. Of course, better eating, meditation both walking and sitting, weight loss and self-discipline are also part of the success story. But without the tai chi it wasn't nearly as successful. Brian
