Last Night Was Ugly And Today So Are We

Friends and family, yesterday was rough and last night was rougher. Translation, I, M'Lady, our dogs and our geese are all feeling and looking ugly today.

December 20, 2025, Friends and family, yesterday was rough and last night was rougher. Translation, I, M'Lady, our dogs and our geese are all feeling and looking ugly today. But, if this blog is about the view from the cheap seats, then it has to include when the cheap seats are covered in rain and mist, and M'Lady and I are hacking and sneezing. Part of our problem is that after nearly twenty-five ears here, we're acclimatized to the normal temperature variations. So, when a norther outflow comes down from China and brings temperatures in the mid 20s with wind and rain, we're feeling the cold. (I can hear my friends in the Great White North laughing) As I said, yesterday and last night were uncomfortable, and today it's worse. Hopefully tomorrow will bring some relief. But until then, the view from the cheap seats is decidedly wet, cold and sick! Brian
