Jesus, son of Mary, raised by Joseph and Mary, was born, lived, and died a devout observant Jew. His intent was not to create a new religion but to call back the, as he understood things, wayward Jews. Which is why Christian Sacred scriptures are coated in Jewish Sacred Scriptures.

if you read the New Testament with a mind unfiltered by centuries of Christian dogma you will find that Jesus preached and believed in all of the above.

A very obvious example.

In the gospel of Luke Jesus rebuked the wind and calmed the waves. In a different story Jesus would walk on water. 

In both these instances Jesus took what in the Jewish way of thinking was chaos and the world before order; oceans and wind and controlled them. He created order out of chaos. It is Genesis 1 all over again.

The series so far.

I believe that it is obvious that Buddhism, Judaism, and Christianity share a common creation motif. The next challenge is to find out if that same motif is found in Judaism's other child, Islam.

I am more knowledgeable about Buddhism, Judaism, and Christianity than I am about Islam. It may take me a couple of days to put the next post together.
