Lessons From The Garden

Lessons, as the rabbii liked to point out are only for those with eyes to see and ears to hear. Gardens speak softly but if you listen you can hear their whispers.

Wisdom 

The Garden of Eden myth tells us that originally there was no death. But there was also no birth.

One day Adam and Eve were given a choice: live forever or have children. If they had known about puberty or menopause they may have chosen differently but they chose to have children.

Gardens teach the same lesson: New life always comes from death.
